Em relação aos aspectos de melhoria, gostaria apenas de sugerir
que a hora final para realizar sessões de
coaching, ou pelo menos parte do tempo, fosseconvertida em sessões
de Roll Play. Acredito que a pratica, a
pressão, a concentração das sessões de roll
play, têm mais resultados práticos do que as sessões
de
coaching, que podem tender à dispersão.
Em relação ao formador, Manfred, gostaria de dar o melhor
feed back possível. Uma pessoa encantadora,
com uma enorme experiência de vida, sensibilidade e conhecimento.
Sempre disponível o Manfred foi para mim,
uma enorme referência, o seu apoio e incentivo constante fez-me ver
que eu só tinha que tomar a decisão de
iniciar a mudar a minha vida profissional, já que tudo estava perfeitamente
definido na minha cabeça.
Todo o programa foi dado de uma forma muito clara, muito simples, divertida,
